What amenities are included :
Property has fully stocked kitchen with all cooking and eating tools you would ever need. Included are 2 golf carts, a 4 seater and a 6 seater, 2 electric bikes, 2 kayaks, and 4 bicycles, all bedding is supplied and a washer and dryer and dishwasher are also availabke. some toilet paper and paper towels are provided but large groups may need more.

How far are the properties from the nearest beach?
Beach is actually 400 yards as the crow flies from the house, but to get there by road it is less than 1 mile to the nearest beach access point.

Is parking available at the properties?
Yes, there is ample free private parking spaces available for guests.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
